For boats with the quick release system, it adds 10 mm extra height for the riggers. If you don't want the extra height, please order the boat with custom riggers.

03 · Boat Weights

Light because
they're small.

Due to the small hull sizes and sandwich construction, overall boat weights stay manageable, even on Club B. Variation is published, not estimated.

04 · Boat Grades & Construction

Two grades.
One race-tough build.

Available in 2 grades, Club A (ideal for racing) or Club B at a lower price, both with a tough gelcoat finish.

Club A has kevlar skins on Lantor coremat for a strong, lightweight sandwich. Club B is sandwich construction with Lantor coremat and fibreglass skins: rugged durability, easy repair. Both grades use closed-cell PVC foam as the core for decks, seat deck and saxboards.

01 · TOP & BOTTOM MOULDS

Tough by design

Top and bottom moulds minimise the labour required, reducing costs. The resultant join of the 2 parts runs around the entire edge of the boats, giving them an advantage in toughness over "normal" shells.

02 · VACUUM CURED

All built under vacuum

Every Cadet and Cadet Mini is built under vacuum, ensuring higher strength-to-weight, lower void content, and longer life than wet-lay alternatives.

03 · ENCLOSED SEAT DECKS

Exceeds FISA requirement

Enclosed seat decks for maximum buoyancy: Swift exceeds FISA's buoyancy requirement on every Cadet hull, every grade.

01 / Race Day

Club A

Due to small hull size, only a little over FISA minimum, so can still be highly competitive.
